Report a price or scope correction
Include the CostFAQ page URL, the provider or record ID, the amount or statement in question, and a public source link if available. For a menu change, include the service location, unit, included work and date you saw it. An observation date is not necessarily the date a price took effect.
Report a calculation problem
Include the calculator page, selected service, non-sensitive input values, result shown and result expected. Say whether the issue concerns a subtotal, unconfirmed fee, quantity, discount or exported file. Browser name and phone/desktop are useful when a control does not work.
Do not send passwords, payment details, home addresses or unredacted invoices. A short description and public source are normally enough to begin checking. If you send a screenshot, remove personal and account details first.
Editorial and privacy requests
Substantive corrections are assessed against our editorial policy; the public correction log records material changes. Please distinguish your own quote from a publicly advertised menu, and identify any relationship to the provider when suggesting an addition. A submission is not a promise of publication or endorsement.
